Back in January, I made changes to my supplement intake (see my older blogs), I had added pygeum and lecithin to what I take daily. I've received very positive results over the past three months- my sex drive is even stronger and my loads are definitely bigger. I've been increasing my pygeum intake and am now taking 175mg. a day. My cum is more watery, consistent with more seminal fluid being produced and my contractions seem harder and more frequent to push it all out. It's been a very satisfying experience for sure; enjoying my excessive thickness, large heavy balls and such voluminous loads. I'm not leaking pre-cum profusely like many pygeum users do however. It would be nice if it did and I'll give another update in a month if that starts happening or if other changes happen. Or if I go all in for 200mg a day. I also consumed all of my GNC Mega Men Sport multi-vitamins and changed to GNC Mega Men Prostate & Virility, which I used to use in the past and enjoyed.
