About six weeks ago I gave an update on my supplement change, I had added pygeum and lecithin to what I take daily. Satisfied that it was working, I doubled my intake on those two supplements. So that's 50mg of pygeum and two GNC Triple Lecithin capsules a day. Now that is what the directions on the bottle recommend, but I wanted to begin with a low dose and build up from there. Now using the directed amount for the past month, I noticed very positive results over the past weekend. My sex drive was undeniably stronger and my loads were definitely bigger. So I will keep taking these, but I'm tempted to increase my pygeum intake another 25mg. If I do, I'll give another update in a month.

*Folic Acid- 400 micrograms a day
*L-Arginine- 2000 milligrams a day
*L-Carnitine- 500 milligrams a day
*Horny Goat Weed- 1000 milligrams a day
*Maca Extract- 600 milligrams a day
*GNC Staminol- two of these capsules a day
*A multi-vitamin specifically for men (I use GNC Mega Men)
