Blog posts going forward

Took some time to read through the rules on LPSG again and refresh my mind as to what they are.

I had hoped to share experiences and journeys through personal growth, some very vulnerable types of things and what I learned through them, but it’s not entirely possible to do without skirting or stepping over the lines of the rules, given they deal with subject matter that could be considered difficult/ contrary to the rules or not exactly within the scope of the terms on this site.

I am trying to give pieces of a picture that come together, so we all can learn and grow.

It’s a good thing I read them again.

The purpose or intent of the content and how this purpose can heal is not something that is considered in these rules, but I am respectful of these given the posts would be things others could have experienced but could trigger strong emotions, even for many that have not experienced these sorts of things or issues.

After reading the rules, it’s pretty clear they get violated in so many different ways by so many different people doing things we see everyday in people’s profiles and in the forums, and there is no real way these can be enforced across the site.

That being said, I don’t want to be one of those people that breaks the rules on here.

I will still post some great blogs, but they won’t exactly be everything I had hoped to accomplish within the actual blog, given I had hoped by sharing it would help bring light to many issues and aspects of things we as males can face, but also survive and overcome.

With this blog post, that is my main message, we can take our past experiences to help us understand why we have certain desires and needs, and how understanding can help us move forward to live much better lives.

There is also power in knowing other’s experiences, and sometimes you find out others walked paths not unlike your own.

It’s not the end of the blog exactly, just won’t exactly be everything I was hoping for.

Thanks for all the support guys.

I finally read the "Terms of Service and Rules" last night after commenting on your blog entry. The Rules are exhaustive! I can only "imagine" my numerous violations that I could've accumulated during the past 15 years. Interpreting those rules becomes bothersome. I may incorrectly assume that I should be able to express my "personal" juvenile experiences:confused:.
