Had a widely traveled year. I went all around the midwest. Surprisingly few will come here.
Phoenix - wow it's hot
Seattle - nice weather, between the clouds
Kentucky - all over, saw the muddy river
New Jersey - much maligned, go visit
Los Angeles - soooo much plastic
Ensenada - Hola...
North winds blow, south winds blow, typhoons, hurricanes....SMOG!
Flight cancellations, thunderstorms, been to west coast, east coast, KY, ...CO... been interesting but not sure if I'd want to do it again.
One thing I hate, which usually happens in the dark of the night when I'm traveling is underestimating the distance from the toilet seat to the water below. I hate sitting on the seat and hitting the cold water below. Hate it on more than one level.
Work has been so tense due to deadlines it's hard to be there. Not hard in a good way either. In a couple weeks things will be finished, they have to be and steam will be ready to be blown off in a manner of speaking.
I got busy, too busy to blog. I enjoyed the rest of my trip in Ireland. The west is so beautiful. Unfortunately, the money from the EU is changing the face of Ireland. Roads are being improved, but at the expense of charm and small town feel. The days of excitement of driving down the narrow...
It's been a couple days since I've last written. Left from Wales to Ireland on the ferry. Not a bad way to travel. Then took a bus from the port to get near the hotel. Hey, the sun's shining what more can be asked?
The Irish girls are pretty cute. Lots of eastern European are also around the...

I also stayed at a resort, a bit of a splurge but worth it.
I hope to return...
Can't help but notice while I'm here, but the cardboard tubes on the English toilet paper rolls is bigger here than in the states. What they must think when they read about a guy not able to fit in a tube.
I wonder if the English made them bigger to prevent problems. I remember when I...
After seeing where Shakespeare was born, heading off to where they filmed the Prisoner. Finding out how few people know about the show. Heading to Ireland by ferry.
Can't tell you how fun it was to walk in a place so full of history.
Swiss people are very nice. Both Friendly and attractive, but it's time to move on. Next stop is London, rent a car and head on out. Love driving on the left side.
I thought I would have time to blog, but I think I spent the time more wisely than being online.
The first day I arrived and went to my room and collapsed with exhaustion after the journey. I awoke to find it still light out. I must've managed to undress before I slept because I awoke with...
