In recent weeks, I’ve been bombarded with PM’s with respect to a variety of bodybuilding problems. The dilemma is that it is impossible for me to make a proper evaluation in most instances. First and foremost, I am not a physician. Even if I were, the task of giving advice in the absence of a physical exam and history borders on the absurd. Having made most of those mistakes throughout my 16 years of bodybuilding, I’ve come to realize that experience is probably the best mentor. It’s taken me years to develop my body….years of: proper diet (which is 30 to 50% of the game);developing a consistent split program;cardio; choosing supplements that work best for me; setting goals and achieving them; and reaching and getting past them. The most frequent question that I’m asked is “How can I achieve a body like yours?” You can't, at least not overnight nor in the short term.
