Hmm... so eHarmony is opening up a same-sex option. I'm both excited and skeptical. I've viewed them as a conservative Christian site for ages which is the source of both of my feelings. My relationship views are heavily conservative (especially in the eyes of others. So much so that I get berated for them.), which draws me here. However, having also grown up as a Christian I know just how disagreeable these people can be. With that said, I'm not sure I should be expecting good service. Biggest problem is they have put no research into same-sex couples (which I'd almost be thankful for except I know of couples out there I fully approve of in lifestyle choice). I don't see exactly why they can't use the research on straight couples as a start-off to see how well the site works on that base. Then again, sociology and psychology aren't my majors.
