So, I am incorporating the training that was created by my good friend on the site @Gregie for the remainder of the year and see what I can gain out of it.

50 Jelqs
5 minutes in the Bathmate X40
50 Jelqs
4 minutes in the tube
50 Jelqs
3 minutes in the tube at max pressure

Needless to say I really like this ladder style of training and as time permits I may add more ladders in the chain.

Nice!! I find that jelqing like this helps with length while in the pump.

@Gregie I found that to be true in my case as well. As you can see now I am just a little bit chubbed at maybe 25% but I just put lotion on. I would expect the length to come with more time in tube especially with jelqing as you mention. Any other tips. This is an interesting routine. I feel I am right behind you but hopefully to be relatively close.

@Mordecai_ I can’t say just yet. Today was day one. I feel pretty heavy though to say the least. I think my cock looks bigger for sure though. I’ll get back with you in a month or so. I’ll do this Monday Wednesday and Friday and just pump for 12 minutes Tuesday and Thursday.
