First goal achieved

Well i just did my weekly weight check and ...

80.5 kg (178 lbs)

so that puts me, after years, on a "healthy" bmi number by my height, 180cm, 5'11

Last time i was in this weight was 2004,
Half is the diet, around 1200 cal at day, quite little, but ive not had any faints or anything, i had to give up many things i eat, and all the food that is available this holidays, but i knew it was the only was it was going to work, Also i was doing 2 hours at day of exercise 5 days at week (even on xmas and new year eve)

I did had several odd side efects while my body got in balance, even i lost a little bit or girth, lol, but i knew that losing body fat may cause that eventually, but like the other side effects, i believe its going to get ok with time.

Still i dont like how i look, i still have too much body fat, and that must go asap, and the second goal is still ahead, 154 pounds-70kg, once i get there i will start building some body mass and lose all the remaining body fat so i can get more definition.

3 more weeks to go to the gym, to put true effort, and i need tu buy some clothes to do exercise, cause i dnt have right now, a new pair of tennis shoes, and some other stuff i need for the gym.

Its good your loosening the weight. I'm happy for you.

But don't go by that BMI B.S. If you put the numbers in of some of the sports players, Shaq for one, it tells you he should already be dead.

I'm 5'9 240 lbs some could call that fat or overwight. I'm a 36in waiste with nearly a 50 inch chest.
 
Awesome Progress, Dear!! It's so rewarding seeing actual progress and reaching your goals!! However, I recommend more weight training and less cardio... muscle keeps your metabolism up, burns calories all day long, and allows you to eat more!! 1200 calories a day is WAYYY too low for you.... You can still lose weight and eat more if you add the weight training to your routine. Good luck!! xoxo

When i made the count of how much i was eating, i was surpriced how little it was, when i start at the gym i will test how much i can do with just that, if i can do a good hour and a half (wich will be my daily gym time), and then run 30min, i will go on the same, but i know eventually when i reach the weight i seek, i will have to eat the right amount, to build muscle mass

Yea i know, but i want the "boxer" body, those guys do fit perfectly into the bmi charts, that slim ripped look its the one i want
