Follow up- Increasing your Testicular Mass

A year ago, I wrote a blog on increasing testicular mass and I'd like to give an update. A month ago, I added Pygeum and Lecithin to my diet after reading about possible positive sexual effects. Pygeum is supposed to be good for your seminal glands, in particular, the prostrate. It is supposed to help with increasing the amount of semen you ejaculate and possibly help with sperm production. Lecithin is also supposed to help increase sperm production as well as increase blood flow, which is great for erectile quality and frequency.

I give at least one month to test things like this because it takes a month for sperm to be born and mature. After supplementing with these, I am happy with the results so far. I seem to be shooting slightly bigger loads and my erectile quality and frequency are improved somewhat. Because I added two pills, I subtracted two L-Arginine pills to reduce how many I'm swallowing a day (more than 12 pills a day is a lot to get in). If I stop taking these or if the results get better over the next two months I'll post another update.

*Pygeum- 25 Milligrams a day
*GNC Triple Lecithin- one capsule a day
*Zinc- 25 milligrams a day
*Folic Acid- 400 micrograms a day
*L-Arginine- 2000 milligrams a day
*L-Carnitine- 500 milligrams a day
*Horny Goat Weed- 1000 milligrams a day
*Maca Extract- 600 milligrams a day
*GNC Staminol- two of these capsules a day
*A multi-vitamin specifically for men (I use GNC Mega Men)

just started pygeum use .
FYI, I upped my pygeum dose to 200mg a day, I think I did an update saying this. I also recently increased my folic acid dose to 800 micrograms. I've been pretty happy with this and am keeping with it.
 
If you actually want to make your balls larger and heavier in your sack, I've tried using a probiotic lactobacillus reuteri. There's actually published studies on this peculiar side effect of the beneficial bacteria.

It actually works and quickly. Results last while taking supplement.

I looked it up and saw the research documents; I ordered a supply of this yesterday, I am definitely giving it a try, thank you for the information!

on edging days I eat 2,5 x 145mg pygeum , much lecithin, arginine , carnitine , lysin, celery seed powdered, fresh celery sticks, garlic juice, maca, ashwaghanda , drinking much , ....lecithin , arginine , celery seed and pygeum are the best ...with lecithin I get hanging balls !

I love Lecithin, it's a heavy hitter in fertility supplements; especially for seminal fluid production, which you're going to need if you produce sperm in higher than normal numbers.
