It's great you're taking your personal development seriously, and embracing the growth that is truly possible once we let go of all preconceptions, pay attention deeply, and are dedicated to the training.
NOTE: these steps should be done after going through the previous post, about first steps for all trainees.
First, go through the posts in my Cock Training album again, from the earliest to the most recent if possible because that's the rough order of the main parts of the full Cock Training program. Be sure to read the descriptions, my comments, etc., to begin familiarizing yourself with some key aspects of the program.
Second, document your current measurements (flaccid length, flaccid girth, erect length, and erect girth).
The third step is to set your areas of focus. In addition to any areas outside Cock Training (such as Bodybuilding, etc. mentioned in the previous post), list the sub-areas of Cock Training that you most want to focus on, such as length, girth, curvature, sensitivity, stamina, mindful masturbation, Ripening (aka cum control, advanced edging, energetic awakening, kundalini awakening, pranic awakening, etc.), and any other aspects of training that you're interested in.
Fourth, in each of your areas of focus, take your best shot at setting goals for where you want to get to, and we can discuss what's realistic. As for length, some guys gain an inch or two, I gained 2 1/2, everyone's different based on how much inner cock is held inside the body, dedication to training, etc.
The fifth step is for us to set up an initial training plan together, based on your measurements, areas of focus, and goals.
Some general steps for all new trainees to consider:
I don't do Skype, Kik, cam, or chatrooms, FYI, so thanks for understanding.

Some general steps for all new trainees to consider:
- Many guys find it helps to keep a repository of images, videos etc. that they find inspirational, what they want to look like, and/or what turns them on. For example, see monksoferos.tumblr.com/archive, and feel free to follow me so I can refer to your images if needed during training
- Since many factors can affect our success in training if you feel comfortable please document the following (please be as accurate as possible, it's not about actual growth and progress, not bragging or showing off):
- How many times per week do you currently masturbate/stroke/edge, on average?
- How long is each session, on average?
- How many times per week do you ejaculate, on average?
- If you choose to take progress photos/videos, try not to take them more than once a week, to avoid distracting too much from your training. I have found progress photos and videos to be a transformational part of my own growth, but we have to balance that with focused training, and some people may not enjoy being in front of a camera. For anyone so inclined, progress photos and videos can helpful not just to keep track of overall progress, but also as a way to connect with our bodies from different perspectives (so we don’t become stuck in any one fixed way of viewing ourselves and our experience — this skill becomes more important the further we go in the training).
