For those who are interested in training on any part of the Path of Eros (including Cock Training, Conscious Bodybuilding, Mindful Masturbation, or the many others that we offer), or who are just interested in finding out more, I wanted to summarize the general first steps.
If so, the first step is to choose which branches of the Path of Eros you'd like to focus on, usually up to three, depending on your interests and time/energy for training. All branches, and indeed all paths, ultimately lead to the same place, so if you make enough progress you would end up going through all of them, but we have to start by focusing on something.
The main branches of the Path of Eros include Cock Training, Conscious Bodybuilding, Mindful Masturbation/Edging, foreskin restoration, nipple pumping, ass training, posing & modeling, cum control & Ripening (i.e. becoming aware of how frequently we cum, and helping build up our ‘ocean of elixir’ and raise our frequency so vastly more energy is available, which are the cornerstones of further work), and awakening (following the libido-centered path to its full development, uniting and liberating the entire body, mind, and self).
Most of these branches have subareas within them (for example how Cock Training can focus on length, girth, curvature, stamina, etc.) , but the first step is to identify your top three (or so) branches of focus.
Although my time is very limited, I may be able to help a few dedicated trainees. If you contact me for training/coaching, you are agreeing that 1) you are at least 21 years old and legally an adult where you live; 2) you will take training seriously, 3) you are willing to transform, even in ways you aren't expecting, 4) you'll use these practices as mindfully as possible, to work towards more balance and wholeness, and 5) you'll keep in mind that I am not a medical doctor, nothing I suggest is medical guidance per se, and you take responsibility for any training you do.
FYI, the Path of Eros and its training programs are compatible with all faiths, philosophies, and belief systems, and training will always be done with the trainee's best interests in mind. While many of the training programs involve outward, physical changes, that is just the beginning, and true change comes from balancing all parts of ourselves.
Now, if you're ready to take the next step, contact me and let me know what you're interested in.
