I am going on a cruise in April and I need better results as far as my physique goes. I am bouncing back from a back injury I got last spring. It's better now, and I have started back running and lifting about two weeks ago. I'm starting to see results in my arms, shoulders, upper chest area, but not so much in my abdominal area. Any idea what I can do to get quicker results in my abdominal area? I don't need to have the shredded or ripped ab look, I am comfortable being toned in that area.
