Haven't worked out in a month

And now my whole body feels weighed down and lethargic, and now in the mornings I even have trouble sometimes getting the energy to get out of bed. I didnt realise how much of a difference regular exercise made to everyday things until Ive stopped doing it for a while and now I am suddenly gaining new respect and enthusiasm for all the time and energy I put into it beforehand and now am itching to get back in the game.

I really enjoyed my spin classes. They were a tough slog to begin with but after a while I enjoyed the burn and the way the weight was coming off steadily and everyone in the class was just average and there to achieve the same goal to get fitter and healthier than they already were. I think the fact I joined a local gym and not those flashy city type gyms that only want your money is what makes the difference, as you are not keyed up on looking a part and instead you go there to just workout and go home. None of that posing and looking good in your gear in a place that reeked pick up joint rather than workout area.

I got a chest infection which left me pretty much incapacitated, then after that a severe case of the flu, and then after that I just kept putting off going back because I felt like crap. No real excuse though for me being so lazy now after over four weeks of doing nothing so I gotta get back in the game as it were otherwise I will loose too much of my weight loss gains.
