I beat him up and ran him out of my bed

It seems I've finally tested the limits of his patience.

No sleep again last tonight. I had horrible back contractions over and over again, and in between I'm unable to lie comfortably. He kept rubbing my back, but I accidentally elbowed him in the face twice, both times when I reached back to help rub, ironically just moments after he sweetly kissed my elbow and my back affectionately, then I kicked him with the back of my heel while trying to find a comfortable position right on the shin where he already had a painful bruise. TheBF finally stomped off, tired and frustrated, beaten up by his clumsy pregnant wife. :frown1:

The poor guy.

This title had me worried.
WHEW!
Got me you little imp!
Don't ever do that again. (Please)

:stooges::lmao::lmao::lmao::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao::rofl::rofl::rofl: Oh sweetie! I think i just peed on myself, you had me laughing so hard!

To the Boyfriend...:rofl::rofl: sorry, it's too damn funny! You got off easy! Think of it as a precursor to having the little guy hitting you in oh so fun places lol! Kids have an unerring knack for that sort of thing:tongue::biggrin1:

Just wait till you are up every three hours for nursing/feeding. I'll bet both of you cannot wait to have that baby out where you can deal with it face to face.

My husband after the fourth or fifth night of what you did to your husband, took me out and we purchased a king sized bedroom suite set! He told them we had to have it delivered and set up the next day. He them took me to Sam's club and we purchased the most expensive king size Serta pillow top mattress set (furniture store wanted three times the price over Sam's) I think the elbow to the face is what really did my husband in. I was forever saying "oh honey I am so sorry" after I hit him in bed.

I feel sorry for you both. This is also why when at eight weeks after birth my husband tried getting me pregnant again. He wanted all the no sleep and diapers behind us within three years! Our boy and girl are 13 months apart!

if girls are made out of sugar and spice and everything nice,
the pregnant girls are made out of knees and elbows and everything pointy!

TheBF, I feel for you. Don't worry, only a few years to go till you can sleep properly again :biggrin1:

:biggrin1: It will get better, she won't be preggers much longer!

ROFL! I can relate to this, but in a different way. For me it was the sleeplessness at night for the last couple of months of pregnancy. My belly was so big and my hip bones hurt so much that I had to keep switching positions (side sleeper here). Turning over was always a chore and the bed was bouncy so by the time I got fully turned over hubby would be awake. I felt bad but I couldn't help it. Pregnancy was a great experience for me, but I was glad to have my body back!
