I decided.....

In the interests of confidentiality and my clients privacy, if I have something to post about my work related experiences, it may be very general and make sense more to me than anyone else. This is not a reflection on you, my dear friends and readers, but a safety net my clients who cannot protect themselves.
That said, the crews are all wonderful, I am always surprised at their abilities, their willingness to work, and their very protective attitude with me.
If you want an excellent employee, have a look at someone with a disability. They never cease to amaze me, after all these years.

You know people will rarely use anyone with a disability due to their stupid and harmful fears about them. Which I'm sure you know are never justified it's just a way to keep those who may be a lil' different from yourself out of a job that the disabled are capable of doing. My brother was just laid off so they didn't have to supply insurance for him. After working there for twenty years and still classifying him as a partime employee they even had the audacity to steal hours from him!
Some of the associations that are supposed to watch out for the mentally and physically challenged are just as bad as some of the workers who take advantage of these people by stealing meds borrowing money, hitting and basically not taking care of their duties because they claim they aren't getting paid enough. This is true but why take a job like that just to steal from the most helpless?
Pathetic that anyone would take advantage of someone who is worse off than you are but especially heinous to take from these souls.
Ranting finis!
