... but I can't find the motivation 
I'm in a little bit of a training slump at the moment and can't seem to find a good routine to fit in my training with my new job hours. Today was the first time I've been able to train, I tried the 300 challenge workout: -
- 25 Pull-ups
- 50 Deadlift (40kg)
- 50 Squats (40kg)
- 50 Single-arm Clean and Presses (12kg - 25 per arm)
- 50 Press-ups
- 50 Floor wipers holding a 10 kg bar
- 25 Pull-ups
My time for completion was just over 38 minutes ... but I didn't really feel pushed by it. It was hard and I didn't do it all ther reps without breaks, but I still didn't feel like I was getting to my limit

Meh, I know I'll get there. Maybe I'll watch some pumped-up action films and get all inspired and fired-up from them ... yeah, that's a good plan for wasting a Sunday afternoon off :biggrin1:
