Too funny! Actually HungDavid it takes a while for people to notice and comment on a blog or thread. I usually give it 3-5 hours before obsessing that what I have written is complete crap.
Love ya, HD. I think you hit the nail on the... well, on the nail. :biggrin1: (I think the saying is: Hit the nail on the head.)
It's been a rough week, and I'm trying to work on some illustrations. I really just want to jump out of my chair -- but I have to stay seated and work.
njkt466 I just give one possible reason to hotmilf of the delay of the responses . I agree that it take a while , several hours for a thread or a blog to get responses but some threads and blogs get a huge response as soon as few minutes after those are written .
Then relax and allow it to say itself. It's akin to 'automatic writing".
Quite often what you want to say can flow forth without premeditated thought. It will stay your comment, and if need be, you can edit it.
Years back, H. Allen Smith wrote about a writer who said he just got on his typewriter and wrote for six hours.
His response was that he couldn't do that. He'd get on and write for a few hours without pausing and grumble "I don't know what I wrote, but I hope it's fiction."
LOL -- well, same tract, Italian, but COMPLETELY different ends.

Good comment, XOS23xy. I'll keep that in mind next time I'm about to throw the computer at the wall!!
I want to give you a suggestion/idea/callitasyoulike, start a blog in which you write a story in which (again) you are one of the characters and involve a limited number of other characters (you decide how many) and let them write their part of the story; I know sounds confusing (sorry but my english...), let's say I start to write about a date with you:
DG: (writing in third person) he is not sure how he will dress up, casual, formal or what... still in the shower and together excited and afraid of the meet, it's the first time he goes to meet this woman and he only talk to her by phone being introduced by a co-worker...
HOTMILF: ...
come on, start something like this but save a place for me in your story ;-)
anyway, I would like to start a blog of mine, a serious one where I can write about my feelings and emotions, I like a lot to talk but actually I miss who to talk to so I use the keyboard to share my stupid thoughts and it is both fun and of company to see that somebody reads and answers to what I write.
another nice thing is that I can write whatever and not, like it may happen in a speech, being interrupted... not bad at all but frustrating, as you say, when no answer shows up but that depends on the contents of what we write, in my case, with my english and with the stupid things I write down I don't expect a reply at all.
