Yup - I'd say Saturday 10am is a pretty reasonable time to start mowing a lawn.

I went to give out to a French neighbour at 8.30 on a weekday morning (after a sleepless night with a newborn) and was politely told that anytime after 8am was legally okay to make noise of that type. I apoligised and went back to bed, later checking the factoid and finding it to be true. Just gotta deal with it, I'm afraid.

But I'm a night owl, :frown1: I usually don't hit the pillow until about 5:00 AM. It is so frustrating when people I don't know, won't do what I want them to do. :irked::tongue:
