More Raw Vegan stuff

My cum tastes better. o3o I used to hate it - used to burn my throat. Now it's like.. I dunno - just good. There's also a lot more of it. :3~

I've also gone from 174lbs to 160lbs in around 2 months (I'm 6'1"). o3o

Oh, also... clamping+coconut oil+vigorous rubbing=super fresh and soft dick skin. x3

Awesome congrats! I've been a vegetarian for a little over a year now and I've been able to give up everything except for cheese. Whenever I try to go vegan, I give in to cheese after a couple of months.

your an innovative young man SK
(never tasted veggie cum tbh ha)
keep it up matey
ALL Good,
Cheers ..

Laidey! Oh my gosh, I know. I was huuuge into cheese for the longest time. :( It's definitely one of the biggest hurdles but also one of the most beneficial to leap and leave in the past.

Babe, you are gonna dry up and blow away !! 160?? omg...

but Id love for you to send me some info on how I can do this too... I need to lose about 15-20 pounds~ and having great tasting cum is always a plus!!

Gosh, I would have said that, but some peeps are sensitive about such things.

I am 6'2" @185lbs and seem a bit thin. It's hard getting trousers 33w X 36L. Though it can be done.)

Fancy, I understand loosing weight but ya be fine anywho. I'd gladly take your 20lbs and use it myself.) Gosh that sounds kinky! ;o)~

Indeed that sounds kinky. x3 And Fancy, you could just go low-fat high-raw instead of fully LFRV. :) The benefits will be slower but I'm sure you'll see some. I'd still avoid the doughnuts, though. :p Probably won't have a craving for them if you're nomming on fruit all day anyway. ;) You really just want to get the majority of your calories from fruit throughout the day with enough greens to get your protein, calcium, iron etc. for the day.

Raw Food Rehab - Raw Food Rehab - Adding LIFE to your years and years to your life! You can find LFRV people like myself here or Gourmet Raw (high fat, lots of nuts and seeds)
Fully Raw - FullyRaw Kristina - YouTube she makes some nice LFRV recipes. :)

Also, if you're able to plunk down money for a book (I'm not D: ) look into Douglas Graham's 80/10/10 diet book. It's considered the "bible" of most low-fat raw vegans... 'cept I'm not willing to plunk down a hunk of money for a little bit of information. .-.

I don't think my frame was meant for all the weight I had. I was always feeling sluggish in the 170s and I had started to develop the overhanging side-fat (ew). Not to mention how bad my backfat had gotten! I was 145-150 when I was leaving hghschool at this same height - I think my perfect zone is between 145 and 155. I have my balance back already - no trouble in most of my yoga poses. I can handle endurance exercise again too, without getting winded and sweating like a hog. :p

haha thanks SK... great information ... ooooh back to high school days??

my god.. I was the same ht (5'10") and 135 lbs.
(AND I thought I was a COW!!) lol

a few years back I lost down to 145 and everyone asked me if I had a disease or something... my hubby and daughter said I looked "sickly" so I put on a few ... and about 20 too many ... I need to get back to around 160 and be happy~
(I have broad shoulders and big bones... )

Fancy, I see your point as it is not an image issue, plus you'll feel better as it is easier on your bones. Once you get there, it will take some effort to keep it. But you'll learn good habits to make the effort less so.

Since ya been trying to exercise, a protein bar will help. They have some sugar, which is needed to burn fat, plus have a good source of protein to help with muscle development.

I like Luna bars as they are found almost anywhere and have a good range of flavors.

Juices, V8 light fusion doesn't seem light to the taste and is good to keep your vitamins up while cooling ya off during your exercise routine.

Eating whole foods also help, if you like grains Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Low Sodium Bread will help as it keeps hunger pangs down through the day and is low on sodium.

As for treats, Dairy Queen has a low sugar / fat chocolate bar. Very tasty smooth texture and creamy.

The bad thing about diet and exercise is keeping away from good foods, as your body is needing resources in burning fat and building added muscle. If you eat rice cakes and low calorie diet stuffs, your body goes into starvation mode and shuts down quicker during exercise.

Doing so is detrimental, as two things will happen. Your body will tire easy and not burn fat as much, from the lack of enough energy to do much during and after exercise. Thus what calories you do consume during the workout will be stored not burned.

Having whole foods will force your body to work on digestion which takes energy, and will allow your body to store energy reserves for working out.

To start off, you will find your body not use to the heavier food before working out. You will need to wait an hour. At first you will feel bogged down and as your week progresses you will find your body more eager to continue your work out. Before you know it, the effort of working out will be smooth and less tiresome. Almost refreshing like starting your day so to speak.

As for peeps who have normal body fat that are wanting more or less so to speak...

Thick boned vs thin boned: Today's society thinks of fit n trim being proportioned as a thin boned person. I am thin boned so muscle mass or body fat must be added to make my proportions fit my frame. If I were big boned I prolly be safe with what I got though I would not need as much to add.

Think of a thin boned gal with little hips and not much for top. They won't look as good in a bikini as a big boned gal with a little more hip and top. Though they may weigh the same.

I know a few peeps who are of average size with big bones, the draw back is your not going to fit the mold unless you are 5% or lower body fat. Though you will look sickly not clothed.

Big boned or thin boned as long as your bones are not protruding against the skin, the comfy feeling of being close is wonderful. Though many thin boned younger gals I have been with still need some padding. But I never let them know as it would ruin things.
