Movie of yesteryear

Comments

I can imagine having to watch this as a child. The two movies that stand out in my mind that I watched that scared the pee out of me were "The Birds" - to this day.. I do not like birds... and "Hush, Hush, Sweet Charlotte" This one we watched at a drive-in theatre and the 3 of us kids hid under a blanket through most of the movie.

I DO NOT like horror movies. I am scarred.....and scare easily.

I don't like scary movies either. I do remember seeing "The Exorcist" at the local cinema when it first came out. One noisy memeber of the audience shouted out a funny comment at a moment of high drama, which really took the edge off the fear factor. It spoiled the movie for most people, but I did not mind!!

HT, I watched that at home on TV while my H was playing raquetball one night shortly after we married (why?:scared: don't ask .. I still can't figure out why I was watching a horror movie...alone at that! I think I'm a glutton for punishment~)

Anyway, when he came home, I was in the bathroom:puke: . He asked what was wrong and I said, "Linda Blair just did this thing with her head and when she started spewing, so did I"...........
that was the worst, but funny now.
