My kegeling blog

Hello everybody,

This blog entry will be rather brief.

First I am happy to inform you that Tuesday I walked a total of eleven miles and yesterday, Wednesday, the same amount miles. My body craves this kind of exercise and so does my mental and emotional health. Today Thursday I walked six miles. I may take an evening constitutional of two miles here in Georgetown, so the total today may be eight miles.

Tuesday I was reading an article on the Kegel Exercises which suggested that they be done every other day. But a good buddy on BateWorld who does them said that they can be done everyday. The only rule of thumb is that if you feel fatigue or pain in those muscles, stop and rest from the Kegels for a day or so.

I didn't do the Kegels much Wednesday. I have been doing them off and on this afternoon. One immediate benefit of these exercise is that I wake up now with a delicious erection every morning.

my gosh how long does it take you to walk 11 miles. I did a marathon once, and only once and it took me 8 hrs. one of those bucket list kind of thing. checked off. it must take you 1.5- 2 hrs? Hats off to you man.

How long is one of your K sessions? You may have mentioned it but can't recall if you did.
 
I walk too. While the weather is still nice I have stepped up to hikes which reduce distance. Before hikes I started using unpaved trails. I keep a good pace and do not run. I am consistently 11 or 12 minute miles. I try to do 1.5 to two hours two to three times a week. While I walk I hold in my stomach which is something one must concentrait on. I don't think I could do a kegel and walk. I do notice how much better I feel walking. I even sleep better.

Generally it takes a healthy person to walk three miles in an hour. My morning constitutional here in DC varies between between 4.5 and 6 miles. But some days I may have to run errands which may increase total miles walked on that day. weads, it seems to me that you walk more than three miles in an hour, is that so?

As regards my Kegeling sessions, since I generally work at my PC here at home first thing in the morning for an hour or more, that is a good time to Kegel. I am working into a routine of sets of Kegels of various numbers of reps and length of clutches. I will try to give a fuller explanation of my routine in my next blog entry later today or tomorrow.

weads, I do not think you can kegel while walking. Kegels are best done sitting or even lying down. One have to give a kegeling session your undivided attention and focus for them to be effective.

In the few days, that I have done them, I wake up most mornings with a delicious erection. Also when I am doing focused Kegeling, my ballsack seems to be more engorged in a sexually way. My penis becomes semi-erect and I ooze precum. Are those good signs?
