Once again I awoke with a delicious erection, and this time a pair of testicles that are full of semen! It's almost been a week that I have jacked off!
The apartment building management this year has not turned on the heat. It now getting close to the end of October. We are having a stretch of days of uncommonly cold weather. My apartment has felt like an icebox since this past Friday when it got really cold.
My morning constitutionals up and down Mount Saint Alban where the Washington National Cathedral is located continue to go well. I have settled into my routine. My constitutionals range between 1.5-2 hours in duration and 4.5-6 miles in length. Most days I run errands or go to events, so total distance walked in a day may be as much as 9-10 miles or more.
The affect of all this power walking on my body is awesome! I wake up most days refreshed, my muscles are firmer and tighter, I sit, stand, and walk more erect, I breathe more easily, and I have more stamina. Also this exercise has transformed my emotional and mental health which is so reassuring to me in these worrying times in our country's history.
So it is with the Kegels. I am gradually settling into a routine. Generally I try to kegel first thing in the morning seated at my PC. First I start off with sets of clutches of ten lasting a second. These sets are often ten. Then I have a sets of clutches of five lasting five seconds. These sets may vary between five and ten. Finally I may settle upon clutches lasting a good ten seconds. As I get more into kegeling, I hope to up the number of reps, the length of clutches, etc. I regard such exercise on the par with any athletic training. Finally I am trying to repeat this routine of clutching the muscles of my anus, groin, prostate, "down there" at the root of my manhood whenever I have a block of free time throughout the day.
Then I can wake up each day with good, hard morning erections and a delicious hardness in other parts of my groin, and have that sweet realization that I am a jock in training!
On other thing, the Kegels require your undivided attention to be done correctly. If you can meditate upon your man area while you kegel, so much the better!
Finally, I studied the Aneros web site several hours in the early hours of this morning. The Aneros is a device that massages your prostate and is even helpful in performing the Kegels. Check it out!
