Hello everyone:
Alot has happened in the last couple weeks since my last blog entry. After a long hard struggle, I finally consented to management of my apartment building to have my apartment renovated. It entails removing lead based paint from the walls of my apartment. So this is going be a big production when it does happen. But first I have to do some space clearing, mostly throwing out non-essentials and doing some general cleaning of the apartment. This may take a good two weeks. Just the thought of all this has disrupted usual activities such as doing the Kegels.
But yesterday I managed to have a short session of the Kegel Exercises.
Today after a good power walk of more than three miles, I returned to the apartment pumped up and feeling good. So I had my breakfast with some coffee. My tight pumped up body set the stage for a good session which lasted a good two hours.
So I put myself in a meditative state and focused on my PC muscle. First I began with several sets of ten short clutches. Then I continued several sets of five long clutches, and so on. Finally I continued with several clutches of fifteen, perhaps even 32 second clutches in length.
All this felt mighty fine, but I didn't overdo it.
I hope to do the same thing tomorrow morning and subsequent mornings following.
Take care.
