My new Prince Albert Piercing.

It was a spur of the moment thing. I decided that I wanted one on Friday night and got it the next day. (March 29, 2008)

I figured it was removable if I no longer decided I wanted to keep it. I think I will keep it forever. I am looking into buying an acrylic ring so that it does not set off any metal detectors in the future.

I checked into places in my area on line. The closest place that was strictly a piercing place and state certified was 30 miles away. My GPS got me there easily.

I was thinking I was gonna be the only one there. Boy, was I wrong. There were teenage girls with their parents, at least 4 sets. At one point a guy came in with his daughters (I'm guessing) he looked young and his too skinny daughters did not look over 12 years old.

I had to walk to the counter and this girl that looked like she came from Hollywood casting for a piercing parlor helped me. Other people were looking at display cases around me so it was a little embarrassing.

I say I want to get a "P.A". She then asked for and took my drivers licence. She brought out two types of rings. One was closed and the other was a circular barbell. I knew that I wanted the barbell type one. She then wrote up the paper work. She did not ask me what type of ring I wanted. I think they automatically give you Titanium so that they can charge you $40 for the ring. The piercing was $50 and with the soap and salt water spray it came out to $110.

She said I can either get a 12 gauge (smaller) or a 10 gauge. She said the 10g was better if I wanted to put larger rings in later. So I decided on the larger 10g one.

She brings out two rings and says that the piercer will decide what size I need. (more about that at the end)

She tells me it will be a few minutes. That turned out to be a 45 minute wait. There were 3 or 4 teenage girls ahead of me. I think the piercer took a break too.

The website said to eat within 3 hours prior to doing the piercing. I was so excited that I was not hungry so I got some Chicken McNuggets on the way there.

While I was waiting I took my last pee as a person without a piecing, so that I would not have to go as soon as I left.

When they call me in, he asks if I have any questions. I don't even remember what I asked him.

I start taking off my pants and he says "you can leave them on" I sit on a table that looks like a doctors exam table. My pants are below my knees and I tell the guy that I have to take them off because it is too uncomfortable.

I sit back on the table and he starts marking a spot where the piercing will come out thru. When I look the mark is gone. He starts to do it again.

I read that it was not that bad, and that it did not hurt too much. So I start to feel something and it is not too bad, but then I realize that he is just marking it again.

Now the bad part. I feel a horrible rush of pain. He says "Okay". I look down and I am expecting to see a ring. Instead I see this cork and needle thru my dick.:frown1:

On a pain scale from one to 10 it was a 10.

So now I am expecting the same sharp pain when the ring is going in, but it was just uncomfortable. I bled very little. They say you should not drink or have aspirin or Tylenol beforehand because it thins your blood and you will bleed more. I only saw a little spot of blood on the tissues that he wiped with.

I then put my clothes on and gave the guy a $10 tip (20% of the $50 piercing fee)

By the time I put my pants back on the pain was gone. I was smiling as I walked past the waiting area wondering if the teenage girls and their moms knew what I just did.

Today I was checking on line for new jewelery and I realized that they did not tell me what size ring that they used. I needed to know that so I can get the same size diameter.

I called today and they told me it was the larger of the two..... 3/4 inch.:biggrin1:

and............... has it started hurting again?
Have you felt it at all since you got off the table?!?!

Dying to know here and the one question I have you haven't answered!!!

But bloody well done sir! :biggrin1:

Now please go buy, or at least borrow a camera so we can see a pic!!

those circular "barbells" as you called them are more commonly called horse shoes. the only metal they make them with is titanium because it is hypoallergenic which is why they use it for the initial piercing. so you won't have any reactions or other uncalled for discomfort while the piercing heals.

I feel sorry for anyone driven to mutilate himself...but to actually pay someone $60 to mutilate his penis...

This morning I woke up with morning wood and it was a little uncomfortable, but nothing too bad.

I forgot to mention that as bad as the pain is in the initial piercing it lasts less than a minute.

It is not like a wound pain. The pain goes away as soon as the jewelery in is place. It is not like a cut or a burn, where the pain can last for hours.

So there is no pain when the penis becomes erect (the jewelry doesn't feel pressure needing to be stretched)?

If you take it out how long will the healing process take before the hole is closed up?

Thanks.

Hey man, congrats on your pierce. Got mine done a week ago, though not as impulsively as you got yours.

I'm sorry yours was so painful, however. My place pierced a 10-gauge and stretched to an 8-gauge...that was the worst part I think.

The receiving tube was the most awkward part...you read guys posting that the receiving tube hurts the most; it's uncomfortable, and equivalent to the pain of the piercing itself, but I don't think it hurt the most--it just hurt the longest but it ended as soon as the needle was through.

Good luck.

I tried to remove my piercing after about 5 weeks a few days ago. I did remove it but had a horrible time getting it back in.

I also called the piercing place and asked about stretching to an 8 gauge, They told me I have to wait for 8 weeks from the initial piercing in order to do that. I plan to stop at a 6 gauge.

I got my piercing stretched today. I went from a 10 gauge to an 8 gauge. I bought my own ring on the internet and it was $10 . The piercing place sells them for $40. They charge $10 to put it in (+ I gave him a $5 tip). It was pretty quick, but it did hurt while it was going in (with the taper). It hurt for about a minute afterwards too. Some people stretch their own, but I could never force something as soon as I feel pain. when I go home I was worried that it would sting when I took a piss, but it was fine, and I can move the ring around.

I never updated this but I was able to go from an 8G to a 6G a few moths ago without even using a taper. It went right in.

Last week Feb 27 (I put the day in so I know where to look to know how long ago I did it) after having the 6G in for two months I decided to stretch to a 4G. I went to a piercing place, but when they put their taper it hurt so bad (only half way in) that I had them stop. I came home and played with the taper I had, I eventually was able to get the 4G ring in. Now I can't wait to stretch to a 2G, I just ordered the jewelery and the taper today online.
