Poll: Exposed naked to friends?

Something few are aware of and even fewer are likely to understand is how some time ago I signed and entered into a contract for my exposure. I did so mainly in order to ensure that I no longer removed or deleted any exposure of me that was posted. The creator, who also holds the contract included very many other details and requirements in the contract.

Have your say: Should links to the exposure of David Steckel be required to remain in his Facebook contact info? (Dropbox, Twitter, and Photo/video album?

At the time, much of this appeared that ti would never be relevant to me, so I largely ignored most of it.
One of these aspects was that every single photo and video depicting me naked was to be placed on websites or in folders that was accessible by the public. This has now become quite relevant.

Photos of me naked had been posted on some websites before the source copies were lost in a computer crash. Due to this, they were not included in the now public locations along with all later photos and videos of me naked. Recently though, others who have viewed me naked online discovered some of these photos and mentioned it to be in public comments on websites that both they and I used.

The first time it occurred, the holder of my contract saw the comment and reprimanded me for violating the rules of the contract. It was enough then just to include these photos in the already existing public albums. I was warned that it had better not occur again.

No one was more surprised than me when it did occur again only months later. More photos of me were located, but this time the contract holder themselves became aware of them even before I did. I was then informed that a penalty would have to be issued to me. Not longer afterwards, I learned that the penalty was to require links to sites I am exposed naked on would be placed in the contact information of my Facebook page where well over one hundred of Facebook friends could find and click on them,

I knew I was truly guilty of ignoring the requirement to have included the photos, but since it felt like I should try to wiggle out of the penalty I asked for some other penalty instead. I was reprimanded a bit for asking this, since the contract does not permit appeals of that sort. I was surprisingly given one chance for a reprieve though.

It was declared to me that the very viewers of my online exposure would decide whether the penalty would be carried out. I was provided with a link to an online poll that I was told I was absolutely not to vote in myself. I was also later provided a link to see the current voting results. The poll can be viewed and voted in at: Have your say: Should links to the exposure of David Steckel be required to remain in his Facebook contact info? (Dropbox, Twitter, and Photo/video album?

Within days it became clear that all voters chose for the links to be and remain posted in the contact information of my Facebook page, with only one choosing for them to be there for a limited time. Once the majority of voters decided that the links should be there so friends on Facebook would see me naked and exposed, the links then had to be put in place and remain there unless or until the vote majority changes,

The links are currently present on my Facebook page at: David Steckel

The links may go unnoticed by friends on Facebook for some time, but are very likely to be discovered by some of them eventually if the links do have to remain in place permanently.
I did dare to bring this up to the contract holder, and the reply was that I seem not to understand the nature of my penalty. It was explained that the links were only a means to serving out my penalty, and that my actual penalty was actually being seen naked by friends on Facebook. I was told that I had to be seen naked by them for certain and also provably as my penalty, and that voters have confirmed that necessity beyond all doubt.

I was of course a bit stunned to find this out, but in recent days I have become not only fairly comfortable with this fact, but if I am truly honest, I not only believe that I do deserve just that, but a large part of me even wants it to happen and hopes voters will help to ensure that it does happen by voting to have the links posted permanently.

I do have a desire to "come clean" or be open and honest about my online exposure to friends on Facebook, and for that to happen they basically do need to be able to view at least some of my exposure naked on other websites.

So please take a moment to vote in the poll, and if possible, please vote to require the links to remain in place permanently, since the will of the majority of voters does have to be carried out. Thank you.

:worried::rolleyes:Public domain contractual restrictions:confused: penalties misunderstood?

Too complicated for me to risk clicking any of your suggested links. Your blog entry is a prime example for the reason I've never investigated Facebook, and many other "social network" platforms. Distortions of my intentions should be restricted. If I can't understand myself, I have no justification posting publicly my "private"/secrets.

Forgive me for misunderstanding your blog intentions. I fear you might be experiencing humiliation, and I decline to participate.
