I have been really off of my rocker as of late but a lot of us have been this year.
This morning I did a sample routine of the following:
50-75 jelqs followed by,
5 minutes of pumping at medium pressure
I will try this out to for 2-3 sets in the morning with my wake-up shower followed by 2 sessions of 5 minutes at night before bed that way I maintain tons of girth throughout the day because you never know what the night may bring.
Here is what today's post shot looked like at about 80%
