Sunday 12th

Well, been keeping the weights and stretchers going each day, average of 5 hours with the weight plus another 4 or 5 with four stretchers only, and sometimes the weight and one or two stretchers.
My ball sack is definately looser and it is easier to put on the weight now.
This weekend, starting at 8 am I am going to try for a full 24 hours with the weight on; I might add some stretchers too for part of the time. Anyway, report back later today!
