100 downward stretches (sets of 25, about 3 seconds each, flaccid)

10 minutes in the pump (medium vacuum)

2 minute break

5 minutes in the pump (high vacuum to max length)

Put on cock rings

Yes they do! They just take some time if you do them right, so I am not as consistent with them. But they really help you get longer in the pump

Even I have noticed a difference when I get a good stretch prior to some pump time. I am really easy to get up to about 8 inches in pump.

I am liking this so far. I have been doing this routine for about a week and it is killer.

I am going to run this for about a month and then see what happens next. Or maybe I should run it until I peak?

I’m just making it part of my overall lifestyle. Also I’ve been doing 25-30 stretches (about 1-2 seconds each) after every pee break. And 100 stretches in every shower. I’ve been doing this for about 2 weeks now.

My cock is just more elastic when flaccid, and I can stretch it a little farther than before
