That Seafood Dip

I got this recipe from a stoner named Erin with whom I used to work back in the summer of 1989. It's quick and easy and everyone loves it. Hmmm, come to think of it, that's a pretty good description of Erin . . . :tongue::biggrin1:

That Seafood Dip
8 oz. softened cream cheese
3 cloves of garlic (minced)
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
Zesty cocktail sauce (1/3 to 1/2 bottle)
10-12 oz sea legs aka imitation crabmeat.
(DO NOT use real crab, shrimp or lobster! )

Chop the imitation crab meat into very small pieces. Mix all above ingredients in small bowl with a fork. It will look a bit like lumpy puke. Serve on Ritz or Town House crackers. It tastes best on a buttery cracker. Goes great with beer wine or soda. :cool:

It's because of the lumps from the sealegs and the pinky orange color you get when you mix cream cheese with cocktail sauce. That is the only one that may appear visually unappetizing. :biggrin1:
