Primavera!
The vernal equinox arrived today, and I'm feeling more vernal than usual. Birds fly in while I unzip my fly and my bird takes off. Tufted titmice, bluebirds of happiness, larks and doves, all will settle in their nests. Trees and bushes will fill out and flowers will spring. Sprinnnnggg!
We human types don't go into heat. Estrus is not us. But we are animals and we do have a place in the natural environment (and let us never forget it). It feels like some of us might as well grow antlers.
Maybe it's just warmer weather, and young ladies coming out early in the season dressed in last summer's wear, not realizing how much they'd grown over the winter. Or maybe it's the length of the day affecting the length of everything else than can grow or shrink.
All I care is spring is here. There for you too?
