Well, I am not living down here in Arkansas and been over a month. Love the job, the love people (not a big fan of the drivers).
I think getting away from my hometown was such a great thing. Sucks I only have an internship but trying to make it work.
I love my parents but getting out of the house has done so much wonders for me. I don't have cravings to constantly eat when I live on my own. I had 1/4 a pizza for dinner (piled high with carrots, mushrooms, spinach, celery, onions, salsa, a little spaghetti sauce and tofu) and no cheese. I had that for dinner about 6 hours ago. Since then I have had an orange, apple and a few grapes and I am not hungry at all. I feel like I actually may have overate yet I know I did not.
So, In 5.5 months I have lost about 115 pounds. I have advice that I should slow down and let my body catch up, but the thing is I very rarely have any cravings (except when I watch diners, drive-ins and dives, stupid me) and I am still eating well. I am a sucker for a footlong veggie on flatbread (no cheese, of course) with avocado and spicy brown mustard. Anyways, comment below. What should I do? I have a friend who does the same thing (who motivated me). He has lost more than 80 pounds and is still losing despite not really trying to.
Not a vegetarian. Not going ever pass up a good steak once in awhile or give up my egg whites.
I feel like I am finally somewhat in control of my life. Losing weight (although I don't notice it as much or think it makes much of a difference appearance-wise yet. But have gone from a 5x to 3x shirt) great job, coworkers that are awesome...
Post anything below. I want to read comments and get any thoughts.
