This week I am going to up my reps with Jelqing. I am going to do this workout and rep scheme for the rest of the week while giving myself the weekends off. I will also make sure at least 1-2x a month I update what my routines are since so many people message me about how to use the bathmate and sets and rep ranges I use. I had an outstanding weekend and basically ripped into the wife starting Friday night until late last night. My balls are totally empty lol, what a feeling! It seriously reminded me of my late teenage early twenty's.
