It's funny, when I worked at my previous Leisure Centre we used to go out all the time, nearly every weekend. Now, I move to another one in under the same trust but still live in the same place yet no-one seems to go out anymore ... or at least when I get a weekend off. What the hell?
On a related note, I hung out with my old shift partner today and went back to my old workplace to use the gym (it is the closest gym to my house) and realised that I have really missed the place and I missed the people that I worked with. It's sad because even with this Management Review, where I basically I have to interview for my own job again but can pick where I might want to go, I doubt I'll get to go back there unless I take a demotion and a pay cut. I'm not going to be big-headed and say that the place needs me, but I know that a lot of people there miss me and seem to be really unhappy (which makes me sad) and I can't help but think that if I was still there they wouldn't be.
It is a pickle, no 2-ways about it.
On an unrelated note, I'm currently sat in on a Saturday night when I have the opportunity to go out but have no-one to go out with, I haven't seen my flatmate (and best friend) in days and to top it off my PS3 is dead ... I'm bored out my mind!!! Argggg!
 Anywho, we'll see how things turn out. You never know do you?
