Whoa....its been a while

Haven't really been active on here for the past week and a half. I've been soooo busy. I had to drive all the way to my school (3 hours) to register for classes. I knew I had to make the trip and I've gotten 3 speeding tickets on the highway from some racist state troopers so I've decided to invest in a radar/laser scrambler. It illegal in my state but the manufacturer say its undetectable and also has a 1 year ticket rebate in case I get a ticket while it is on. It (the model I wanted) was at radio shack for 400 dollars but I found it on amazon for 100 dollars including shipping. Thats the bargain hunter in me! My first time testing it out was when I drove to my school. Every now and then it would say a type of radar and I would slow down but because it was so early in the morning there were no state troopers with their radar guns.

Lets see.....what else has been going on?? Oh, I got my new health insurance card in the mail. Next week I have appointments to my primary doctor twice, an appointment to a dermotologist and an appointment to an ear, nose, and throat doctor. I've been kinda worried lately. Every now and then I get a sharp pain in my chest. I always get scared because my mom died from breast cancer. My new policy says mamograms are covered from ages 35 and up but I spoke to someone from my insurance and they told me they will cover it if my primary care doctor deems it as a cautionary measure or as neccessary. Being 35 and getting your first mamogram may not be a problem for many of you but my mom died when she was in her 30s. Now, for the ear, nose and throat doctor, my tonsils have been swollen for quite some time. Its been about 3 weeks and they're still swollen. I hope they are swollen atleast because if not then its something else and that scares me. I've been having this feeling where its been hard to swallow and my grandmother keeps reminding me that something like that happened to my grandfather and they had to scrape his vocal cords because there were cells that could potentially become cancerous on them. That scares me too. My grandfather died from cancer 4 years before my mother died and I'm still a teenager. The last thing I want to think about is dying. I gotta live for my future children and grandchildren! Well, enough about death. Guess what everybody???? I'll be 20 on July 31st!!!!!! I'm happy but at the same time I wanna cry. Turning

Rommette,

THere are many different causes of chest pain. You may be cystic. Many black women are succeptible to developing cysts and fibroids. But do check it out for your own peace of mind. Good luck. Try not to worry.

20 marks the end of my teenage years and the start of something more. I like being a teenager! I don't wanna get old!

Oh, has anybpdy else saw the batman movie???Whoa I saw it the opening day and it was incredible. With the previews I was in the move theature for 3HOURS!!! It was worth it though. Did any of you hear that the dark knight made like 18-24 million dollars in the midnight showings alone?????Thats crazy.

thanks for the advice naughty. I'd rather let it be a cyst or fibroid than cancer. So, if it is one of these how does the pain go away? Medication, surgery, naturally heals?

Just googled breast cyst and they said "The cystic nature of a breast lump can be confirmed by ultrasound examination. Ultrasound can also show if the cyst contains solid nodules, a sign that the lesion may be precancerous or cancerous." That still doesn't sound good. If it is precancerous they'll have to still operate to remove it to slim chances of catching breast cancer

There is no way you are just turning 20. You are much too sexy to just be leaving your teens.

radar detectors also detect any kind of automatic doors, but most are built with different signals, one means police radar, and one means unidentified.

But be careful, you can still be pulled over for speeding if a cop times you. Many times those things can be a false sense of security.

Laser detectors are the newer item for the police; radar often had some problems dealing with accurate readings because of tempeture variations and aluminum being in the car.

Laser is far more accurate and harder for a citizen to beat in court.

its actually a laser detector and scrambler so if they have their laser gun I dont think the gun will read anything.

oh, thanks trenster for the compliment
