Work Out = 1 Month From Today

So, I'm on a mission to get in mad shape.
I've gotten back to running a couple miles a day.

But I need to fix my biggest issue, my eating habits.

Anyways, one month from today I'm committing myself to posting up a picture and I'm praying my body is on point!

Wish me luck.
Any tips/advice on fitness are always more than welcome.

According to your pictures, you are in great shape!
Exercise is great however good you look. It improves your muscle tone, inner health, your soul and uses spare calories.
Just make sure that you eat enough!
 
you are already fantastic looking Mac but I lost 50 lbs last year so I can definatly help you particularly with diet ideas as far as what to eat etc
did you have goals in mind? do you want to add any muscle etc, no one can give you advice if they don't know what you are trying to do

Thanks Rob! Well, yes I have a few goals actually. One is I want to work on my stomach because my legs come very easily.. (getting toned that is). But i never do weights of any sort.. and i know i should since i have no upper body strength. My stomach is my main focus. I don't want a six-pack but just some general definition.
 
^ And my diet... Yes, either i eat horrible food or don't eat at all. But that's gotta come from sheer will power and dedication.
 
I'm in a similar situation - trying to lose 5-7 lbs and tone up. I downloaded a helpful app (My Fitness Pal) which keeps me in check with calories. Also working out three times a week, doing a mixture of cardio and weights. Oh and limiting my drinks. It's a bummer, but they really add up!
 
Ugh, I know. I love to have a drink every other day but You're absolutely right. The sugar/calories add up so fast
 
In order to get some definition on your tummy you gotta work out your body ass a whole
