Over the winter break I started building up my home gym beyond the adjustable dumbbells and cheap bench I've had since this pandemic started. I've gotten a better bench with preacher bench and leg extension attachments, a power rack with lat cable attachment, barbell and weights. I've been using a spare room in my house for the gym and I am continuing to do so. Sometime this summer I'll get around to painting the walls a dark grey or black. I've got some appropriate mood lighting, and I've started printing off some motivational pictures from 80s and 90s bodybuilding and porn magazines. I particularly like those guys who did porn and also competed in legitimate bodybuilding (Tom Prince, Darin Laningham, Dan Steele, Rusty Jeffers, etc.) The room is coming together, and I've got plans to add to it. I'll probably get a treadmill soon.
I enjoy working out in a jock or a thong, or a some old-school spandex shorts from the 90s. I've got some arm bands to restrict blood flow in the arms and get a good pump. I've got a TV to play work out vids (usually from Flex Magazine Fitness) or Bodybuilding motivational videos from YouTube, or Porn. I like to keep the lights low and the heat turned up higher to help warm up and sweat. Sometimes if I've had a really good workout I'll pull out the cock pump and cool down with a good 30 min pump.
I miss some of the eye candy from the gym, and I really miss the open showers, the steam room, and showing off. But the benefits of working out at home is that I can wear shit I couldn't get away with in public, or nothing at all.
