Your definition is correct, at least as I see it. Bromance isn't two straight guys jerking off together and it's certainly not MMF porn. Instead, it's two guys who are really into each other and want to take their friendship to the next level without any labels or judgement. They want to explore their sexuality more deeply with someone they trust. I think at minimum there should be kissing, but ultimately sex because that is the true sign of trust.
