What are the main things male celebrities/athletes/business people do that make them look so much more attractive, after they become rich ?

I’m genuinely curious what specific procedures/routines/things these guys do that makes a difference.

personally not a fan for procedures, but to be able to afford to have a healthier lifestyle, less stress about money/life, grooming (massage, better haircut...) - all these help. and it's not difficult to look for inspirations, just look at some of the youtubers who do daily vlogs. look at their diet, lifestyle, when do they sleep - and just emulate

Not being under constant financial stress gives you confidence, and confidence is attractive. There are plenty of celebrities who are no better than a 5-6 in appearance but are very confident and are well dressed and well groomed.
