looks nice. Can you get it up and erect after such a session? And have you had size increase that stayed?
yes i only include measurements from my day off measurements never pumped measurements (ive only measured it pumped once that was in the begining i figured it was pointless) , ive been doing this for about 5 months if you check my other threads it detailed updates
sweet dude i know i was seeing gains but stopped when my cousin moved in and i share a room now. I just don't have time to myself to keep up my routine but have gotten into a safe understanding that i might be able to start back up again. No where near your starting point as I am 6 but I did get up to almost 8 when i was doing it regularly. hopefully someday I get to be about 9. I'd be happy there although 10 would be sweet

So is it really true than that pumping gains are temporary/consistent for as long as you are in a routine?
Jelqing gains seem to be relatively permanent.
results are permanent with dedication and a regular routine im on my 5th month now

What pressure (Hg) do you pump at?
slightly above 5...never over 7 ... low pumping i feel is what lead to my gains...not over-doing it but long term and steady

a combination of different types of PE is permanent i jelq pump and do kegals...its permanent if done long enough
You pump at 5-7 hg? I can barely feel it until I get around 10. I like to pump at around 13-14 for 10 minute sessions.

I can't say mine does or not. I do it so irregularly it would be impossible to say. Like once or twice a month...
it takes a long time to see perm. gains, but you will get some... Keep with the routines *pumping, jelqing, stretching* make sure to keep the skin conditioned and also know your limits, so not to dmg yourself.
