For me, anal penetration is out of the question. The ol' dirt road is a one way street. The only thing going up there is my doc's finger once a year, and that's something I don't look forward to.

It's a universal thing. You should get your prostate checked annually when you get your annual check up and then after 40 get a colonoscopy every three years.
