When you measure you do so by laying the ruler on top of your cock tight, but not pressed into your belly. You have a nice one, but it is nowhere near 11 inches, which is what the other are saying. It looks to be about 6.5 maybe 7 in the pictures.

Edit: Using a cell phone is fine to take pictures, but you really need more light.
