Hey, guys.. I'm posting some more pics.. starting to feel a bit more self-confident. I know I look a bit overweight; I've been going to the gym since September to fix that, but progress is slow even though I've increased the intensity of all my exercises. *shrug* Here I am.

Yea. The progress is extremely slow, and I wish it were true about how exercising enables you to eat whatever you want. I've just about eliminated gluten from my diet for the past two and a half years (I make exceptions once every 3-4 months around the holidays/birthdays), and I restrict my carbohydrate intake to generally fewer than 80 carbs per day.. most days I don't go above 40 carbs, though.

But thanks for the nice comment =) I'm still trying, hehe. The dieting part is harder than just going to the gym 4 times per week for an hour.

just keep at it. takes a lot of work and time, but worth the outcome. you are young enough to get some really good results in toning up a nice body. good luck!

That's what everyone is saying. I also think I need to spend more time with the weights. As it is, I'm spending about 20-30 mins 4 days per week with weights, and at least a half an hour of high-intensity cardio.
