so i have been working out 3-4 times a week for like a year now. and i've lost nearly all of the fat i had.. except a small amount of fat in my belly.. so i'm asking is there a way to make it disappear .? some people tell me that there is a 3 part combo to achieve that diet + intense abs training + bicycle intervals.. thoughts and suggestions are welcomed.

There is no such thing as targeted fat loss so ab exercises aren't the answer.
Just focus on eating clean and staying in a caloric deficit and it will go away. The last bit of fat is very stubborn so you usually need to combine it with some cardio (which can be anything, even something low intensity like walking).

Keto and intervals work for me because I like quick results.

Exercise on an empty stomach. try fasting from dinner until the next morning drinking only water and go hard cardio with nothing in your system. Be sure to be very hydrated. You won't perform as well as when fed but your body will burn fat instead of food energy
