1st PE exercise day.

    Okay, Today was my first "real" day of PE's (I fooled around with them to see if I would be able to fit them into my lifestyle, if they hurt etc etc) and I can tell you this, it is boring. I did the "newbie" routine on Thunders Place pretty much to the T. I lost count on my jelqing reps but it did surpass 3 minutes so I'm sure I did fine there, the stretches were the most fun, along with the warm up. After doing them I must say it tickled a little bit on the tip of my penis, I don't know if its normal or not. My guess is that it is normal because of all the blood that is being forced into that small area..No pain or anything aside from the occasional pinch of the tissue connecting the scrotum and penis but that was it. Hopefully I can keep this up because it feels rather nice, and if I get any of hte gains that are being discribed I'll be happy. Thanks everyone for your time:biggrin1:

    Hey Long & Thick,
    I started my first newbie routine also. I'm there with ya.
    I'm throwing some pumping in with it, suggested use was only 5 lbs pressure, between the stretches and jelqs.
    Dick feels strange today. Hate not being able to sex 2 out of 3 days on the routine.

    I started a regimen about a month ago and its helping.. im starting to see a lil difference. My penis is feeling fuller than it ever has before

    Okay after day 2, and a sluggish day I have completed my PE's. After today, it has got me thinking..."These are very boring" "what can I do to help the time go by faster?". So that is where you guys might come in, how do you make the time when you are doing PEs go by faster? To keep accurate time I use the stopwatch on my iPod. I'm thinking I should go into my room and do it because there is where my T.V is, but I have no sink to use the hot wrap method (that is what fits me the best convience wise). So any suggestions :)

    Well done Long&Thick, try your hardest to get over the boredom because gains come very slowly, you should be thinking about doing PE for several years to come. 1" gain per year is a very good gain for some, however if you are lucky you might grow much quicker.

    I bought a heat pad filled with lavender (designed for neck pains) which you put in the microwave for 2 minutes and it stays warm for up to an hour. I found it in a department store but I also bought a gel filled head pad which heats up in hot water in a pharmacy. These could make it easier for you do your warm up in your room.

    My motivation for doing PE was boosted by watching pornos with: Mandingo, John Holmes, Lex Steele and Jack Napier - I'd love to see the same kind of reactions when girls see my cock!:smile:

    By the way I have also just started my final PE again to achieve my ultimate goal of over 10"
    I have another 1.5" to grow so lets give each other progress reports, at my current growth rate I should achieve it by spring 2008.

    Well done I am now into my 3rd week and it feel good so keep it up (the PE that is..lol) I read LPSG and have become very good at one handed typing

    another question. is lotion okay to use as lube? not alot but maybe 1/3 of a squirt?

    Long&Thick: Yeah man, I use lotion as a lube at night. During the day I dry jelq and stretch which I think makes my dick a little dry so at night when I do my second round of jelqing I use lotion. I also hope the vitamins from the lotion penetrate to the injury points along my dick to help it heal at night better.

    Keep up the good work on your routine. It does get a little boring, but it is well worth the effort if you really want to make your dick bigger. I am in my third month of light PE and have seen some really nice flaccid length gains. At the moment I have not experienced any erect gains, but I hope to alter my routine next month to start to develop those gains.

    Be sure to keep us posted on your progress.

    to fight the boredom, I use my iPod now :). It has a stopwatch and all my 1000+ songs on shuffle :) so its all good now, time consuming but all good.

    One thing I've noticed after doing PE's for about a week, and that is the veins and blood vessels are more pronounced. I have always seen one somewhat visible, but now there is three. They are purple in color, no pain what so ever only a tingling sensation after the end of the session. I think a semi-veiny penis is nice to look at so maybe I might be getting that with these exercises :)

    Im doing my first day today. Last time my dick grew 2cm in 2 months, that means i cold gain an inch in three months. Im watching TV while doing PE. A full episode of Spongebob on pumping, another half an hour cartoon of clamping, jelqing, stretching and kegels. My dick is 20cm today and i hope to reach the 25...

    LotlBotl: Those are some awesome gains man, keep up the good work! I do have a couple of questions:

    1. How long have you been pumping and in what area have you noticed the most gains, length or girth?

    2. How long have you been clamping and in what area have you noticed the most gains, length or girth?

    3. How long have you been PEing, just 2 months, or two months on this current routine? How often do you PE?

    It seems as though you are on a length focused routine as myself. Currently, I have just been doing manual stretching and edging for about 2.5 months. During this time I have made some nice flaccid gains, but I do not think I have made any erect gains. I measure in March so then I will know the true outcome.

    Just the two months, I just couldnt resist to masturbate after doing PE, after this time, so I stopped. I thought 20cm were really big. I PE every evening with all the four exercises after a nice hot shower, before falling asleep. And i did all the exercises for the whole two months. I started it, because I could not sleep one night and after the first exercise, I couldn´t sleep either, so I did another exercise. So I started investing two hours on my penis every day.
    Unfortunately, Guys with 22 centimetres seem to shoot out of the ground in the area I´m living in the last year, so I started again, just to be something better... ^^ I just think it must feel great to masturbate with both hands and from up where my head is, my dick seems so small...
    i had good results in length and girth, but the flaccid size grew most.

    Flaccid size is what I want to increase the most. Erection, I think is okay, but gains in that department are welcome as well. The initial sight is what I want to make better.

    Initial sight is always the best, but maybe I am greedy.:biggrin1: I am working to increase both flaccid and erect length. I am pretty happy with my girth...for right now anyway.:smile:
