2 males anal sex unsafe?

i was just reading that the canadian goverment has a law in place that doesn't allow gay males who have had anal intercourse to donate organs?

which has made me wonder... is there something bad about anal sex? assuming both partners are CLEAN and do not have any STD, is there anything wrong with ejaculating inside another man?

again assuming both definitely do not have STDs.. is it ok to have anal sex without using condoms?

The law was passed years ago when not much was known about the transfer of AIDS, gay men being the target of this law.

But it effects me as well because I have had unprotected sex with a gay man. I think there was some info in my post from people. I'll dig it up for you.
