Where are his parents?!? Who was her caretaker and why weren't they paying better attention.?!? Why was bond set at only $15,000, was his crime not heinous enough to warrant being higher.
As much as I may bitch & vent about being a caregiver to my rapidly ageing and ailing parents. I'd rather not put my parents in a nursing home where that could happen. Here, at least I know they are safe from pervs and other miscreants.
