Of all the issues that came up in this last election, I'm pretty sure Antifa wasn't one of them. Don't see much reason for that to change.

Never said that. Maybe you should exit the leftist echo chamber, stop repeating the same falsehood of the liberal who posted before you, and actually put the comment in context?

My original post talks about Antifa in a paragraph of post election advice. I wasn't speaking of them in regards to the last presidential election:

Jerry Brown? Really? Dems may as well run a plucked chicken. Oh wait, they already did.

And Pocahontas plays right into Trumps massive hands and teeth. He'll eat that excitable bitch up and spit her out like a peach pit during debates. She's even more unappealing a speaker than Hillary what with Warren's grating old lady "get off my lawn!" persona, never mind her academic PC cred which is absolute poison to anyone hoping to take out the orange king in 2020.

Little advice Dems, you pick anyone remotely identified to this SJW/PC bullshit that you've been trying to shove down the rest of America's throats and you are fucked. What you need is to get back in touch with middle America, the working class. Stop being so god damn divisive with your identity politics. Start being very vocal and firm in your rejection of those leftist hate groups like Antifa. Perception is everything. How do you think a gang of ISIS cosplayers carrying Nazi colored banners and assaulting people, free speech, is playing with the middle class? Do you honestly believe third wave feminist publicly supporting Sharia Law will bring back the voters Obama won and Hillary lost?

What you need is a classic democrat who has a clear message, speaks directly to working Americans, and ignores the PC special interest circus. Someone who is articulate and stays on point. Someone that doesn't allow the Hollywood douchebaggery to pollute their message and talk down to blue collar Americans.

Although I don't think he could have won, I believe Sanders would have done a much better job of deflating Trump's appeal by not engaging in the mud slinging. Trump lives for that shit. Hillary was a complete fool to think she could beat him at his own game. He already machine gunned down a field of professional politicians, republicans candidates, to get to her. He said whatever the fuck came into his head and it didn't hurt him.

The man took a chapter out the Art of War. Best you choose the battlefield not your opponent. Hillary was the Custer of politics. In her arrogance, her overconfidence, she actually believed she could just ride into Trump's sloping plain and beat him on his own turf. Instead the daff bitch got scalped and landed ass up in the dirt.

Wonder what Custer's last thoughts were before some rankless brave took off the top of his fat head? They were probably along the lines of Hillary's thoughts when she saw the Rust Belt's ballot box numbers election night, "We got this ... wait, where the fuck did they come from???"

Your last sentence of that post may have but you misrepresented what I said by stating you felt Antifa wasn't an issue in the last election which is something I never wrote. I never said Anifa was an issue of the last election but that's exactly how you started off your post in order to rewrite what I had originally wrote.

... Like pulling teeth with these liberal propagandist.

Looking back, I see it was indeed TexanStar who first talked about Antifa in terms of the 2016 election. Your post in response didn't accuse *him* of misrepresenting you, so I figured that topic was now part of the debate.

Sorry I jumped to conclusions. Since there's already so little we agree upon, that last thing I want to do is open up a dispute which doesn't exist. :D

This whole thread is (supposed to be) about the 2016 election.

Par for course for Texan. His misrepresentations of what other members haved stated are legendary around here. As I type this he's desperately trying to convince himself that an entire thread he himself created doesn't exist. It truly is unsettling to watch.

But getting back to more important matters. We use to be so close. Well, sort of close, like Mercury (I originally typed Jupiter here then the obvious struck) and Saturn if one considers them in relation to the entire universe. I use to like you a lot. You were reasonable, at times. What happened to us? Why don't you bring me flowers anymore? You do understand I go extreme right sometimes to counterbalance the overwhelming leftist numbers in here? I'm actually more of a moderate to be honest. I try not to show that political side because if I do it's seen as weakness and I'm attacked because I dared to wander out of the single label identity politics box liberals like to put people in. You're either this or that and anything in between is shot for being either a traitor or a spy. SAD!

Thanks for giving me a glimpse of another side. And don't worry--it'll be our secret.

You're much more entertaining when you're not discussing politics.

That's the thing about this sub-forum.. you see someone you come across in other places on the site and you come to like what they post/share... then you see what gets said here and things take a turn.

People are a trip, I tell ya.

Shouldn't you be off somewhere preparing a bunker for the impending large penis apocalypse? Get bent sock stuffer.

How's that Sanders' FBI bank fraud investigation coming along?

Although I didn't agree with that socialist wingnut I respected that he at least (unlike phony Hillary) believed in the leftist garbage he vomitted up for his clueless sheep followers. I suppose now we're seeing the real Bernie and it would appear the hypocrite is as "corrupt and greedy" as that 1% he relentlessly demonizes.

Say it ain't so Bernie, say it ain't so.

First or all, I stuffed my underwear, not my socks. Why would anyone stuff their socks?

Second of all, this exactly what I'm talking about. That wasn't clever, funny or hurtful. It was a very bland, forgettable insult. The insult equivalent of a micropenis. I expect better from you, Mercurygirl.
