Happy New Year to all my fellow PE enthusiasts!

Questions heading into this year;

1: Did you guys find last years PE successful?
If so what was it that you did and what kind of gains did you see? Partner reactions? Locker room reactions?

2: What are you guys going to do moving forward this year? New routines? New devices?

For me every 30-45 days or so I will be trying a new routine in combination with my bath mate while I shower. This month will be dedicated to good stretching in combination to 10-15 minute sessions in the tube.

I managed to get a little more shape on my glans in 2019, which was one of my main goals. I did this using a weighted glans ring with dick swings while clamped and using a cock cushion during pumping session to isolate pressure on my head. I also tried to wear an assortment of glans rings on most days.

For 2020, I'll continue with this workout but I'm thinking about getting a two-stage cylinder to pump dick and balls at the same time for my new extended, low pressure sessions. Got get low-hangers like you!

I've been working with PE for years. I've stumbled on to something that may be a pretty good deal.
Disclaimer: I am not a doctor, I am just a guy that has tried quite a bit of different things and have been met with "some" success.
Recently I started doing this and without a doubt have produced my best results to date.
For the last year, while in bed. Lay on your side and pull your knees up to your chest. I pull my balls between my legs from behind and then push my cock (from the base) between my legs. I then reach from behind and while still pushing the base of my cock thru my legs I pull the head thru as far as I can. Pull as much as your balls thru as possible as well. Basically you're trying to get as much of your package between your legs sticking out the back.
You will notice that you can close your legs together and it will trap your package between your legs with everything sticking out the back.
Now just relax and breath and slowly straighten your legs. You will feel the pulling of your cock down and behind. you can squeeze your knees together and feel a pretty good tug.
I can now actually fall asleep like this now and will stay like this for an hour or two.
What I "think" is happening is rather than "stretching" your cock and trying to lengthen the ligament which is somewhat difficult, this is introducing more of the rood of your cock to be pulled out.
What I have noticed is more length but more so is the girth at the base of my cock has increased significantly so I can only assume that I am pulling the fatter part of my cock out of the pelvis area?
The major vein running the length that you can feel with an erection is now larger which I believe is because I've stretched more "root" out of my body.
If you're interested in discussing let me know and I'll be happy to go over this. I need some more people trying this and letting me know what you experience before I admit that I'm truly onto something?

That sounds like a great plan brother. For me I plan to shift a combination of stretches and jelqs throughout the year to see if I can get any closer to having 7.75-8 inches of good thick girth-worthy cock. So far my routines have cemented girth but I just want to focus a little bit more on length and great overall development. The huge balls were a gift from my father. Hispanic + Black ends in an interesting specimen.

My goal is to stay consistent with PE. I love the way I look and feel after a good session. I seem always to fall off along the way. Here's to hoping I stay motivated

I do as well, I think the key is just to take it day by day.

2. I'm gonna use my hydromax 9 when I get the time to actually relax in the tub with some epsom salts (really help with my length and girth) and keep my maintenance up with my Hercules bathmate using the vacuvin mod (cheap and easy to convert a regular bathmate to an extreme for under 20 bucks)
My routine is gonna be 3 x 8 min w increasing pressure and then a cock ring and lotion after to help calm my skin. The last time I used that combo I kept my pump for about 14 hrs.

OUTSTANDING brother! Epsom Salt baths really do the trick. I got hip to them about a year and a half ago and I noticed so much expansion in the tube during my sessions while pumping. Keep up the good work. Hopefully we all meet out goals that we have set for this year. For me 7.75 in length while maintaining my 6 inches of girt is the goal.

Interesting read. I've been an avid pumper for twenty plus years. I've incorporated epsom salt into the routine. I prefer to pump wet with a hot water and epsom salt solution. Sometimes it's just the cock, sometimes just the nuts. What I have found was the skin becoming very pliable, resulting in an uncut look and sagging balls, it has created a heavy hanging flaccid. I always end the session with raw aloe Vera applied to the shaft and balls. The natural emolument has increased cell expansion. My flaccid is approximately 7" x 5" The erect is 8" x 6". Pumped is 8" x 8", the size of a coke can, per the attached photos. I supplement with Biotin and oral collegen to compliment my every other day routine.

I haven't tried aloe Vera, but I did like coconut oil, although it can be a pain to warm up since it turns solid in the colder months.

keep it in a warmer environment. It makes it much more pliable.

I've used coconut oil and aquaphor lotion to help with pumping /reduce irritation from pumping.
And maca is great, you can also take beet powder or eat watermelon (way cheaper than beet) to help with NO production.
