Hi, I'm not sure what you mean by 'semi-circumsised'. I used to look exactly like this before I had my piercings & tattoos. I am definitely circumsised but at age 65 gravity has taken hold sadly, & I'm not as hard as I used to be. I looked exactly like this around late 40's, early 50's.
