Vacuum pumping seems to be pretty safe about exceeding one's normal size in a more or less linear fashion. Saline or silicone is what this guy Eddie is doing. The weight of the injected fluid pulls the penis away from the body unlike what vacuum pumping could do. Vacuum pumping also makes the skin of the penis darker drawing more melanin into the skin and oxygen starved skin tissue always appears darker.
